Q: I haven’t received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
A: Hang tight! If you haven’t received a tracking number within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Reach out to our support team, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Q: My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I don’t see it. What now?
A: First, double-check with your neighbors or building management. Sometimes packages get delivered to a nearby address by mistake. If it’s still MIA, drop us a line, and we’ll help track it down.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most of our products are made just for you! Processing takes 1-2 days, production is usually done in 2-3 days, and delivery takes about 5-7 days. Occasionally, there could be delays up to 14 days if your order ships from one of our warehouses overseas. If it’s been over 14 days, open a support ticket. We’ll escalate your case and get it handled! Just know that we can’t escalate orders before the 14-day mark, so hang tight till then.
